1. Age Requirement

To subscribe to our services, you must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you certify that you are of legal age in your country of residence to enter into an online contract.

2. Service Usage and Connections

We provide access to television channels, video on demand (VOD), and other content streamed via the Internet.

• Single Connection: Each subscription is strictly personal and allows only one (1) simultaneous connection, unless you purchased a specific multi-screen package.
• Sharing Prohibited: Sharing your credentials (M3U link, Xtream code) with third parties or on public forums will result in immediate and permanent suspension of your account without refund.
• Re-streaming: It is strictly forbidden to re-transmit, broadcast, or distribute our content on other platforms.

3. Channel Availability and Content

StreamIPTVpro strives to provide the most stable service possible. However:

• The channel list and VOD content may be modified, updated, or removed at any time without notice.
• We do not guarantee the permanent availability of all channels, as this depends on third-party providers and global technical constraints.
• No refunds will be granted in case of temporary unavailability of a specific channel.

4. Technical Requirements

The client is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and internet connection to use the service.

• Internet Speed: A stable download speed of at least 15 Mbps is recommended for HD content, and 30 Mbps for 4K.
• Hardware: We are not responsible for limitations of your hardware (obsolete Smart TV, slow Android box, etc.) or software configuration.
• ISP: We are not responsible if your Internet Service Provider (ISP) throttles or blocks IPTV connections. Using a VPN may be necessary in some countries.

5. Payments and Renewal

Services are billed on a prepaid basis. There are no long-term contracts or hidden automatic charges.

• Payments must be made in full before service activation.
• There is no automatic renewal. You must manually renew your subscription upon expiration.

6. Refund Policy

We encourage all users to try our services before committing to a long term. Please see our Refund Policy for more details. Once the subscription is active and used, refunds are subject to strict conditions.

7. Suspension and Termination

StreamIPTVpro reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
