1. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day guarantee period for all our subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service or encounter technical issues that our support team cannot resolve, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • You have contacted our technical support to try to resolve the issue before requesting a refund.
  • The problem originates from our servers and not from your equipment or internet connection.
  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue a refund in the following cases:

  • Client Connection Issues: If your internet speed is insufficient (less than 12 Mbps for 4K) or unstable.
  • User Error: If you cannot configure your device despite our guides, or if you purchased the wrong pack without checking compatibility.
  • Change of Mind: If you simply decide you no longer want the service after full activation.
  • Internet Service Provider (ISP): If your ISP blocks IPTV connections (we recommend using a VPN in this case, but this is not a ground for IPTV service refund).
